Brandon "Cornbread" Haley

Brandon Haley drives the #51 Crate Late Model Class car.  His home track is Lavonia Speedway but he can also be found racing at Hartwell Speedway.  He lives in Lavonia, GA.

Team members helping Brandon are:  Wayne & Beth Reed, Ashleigh Reed, Michael Haley, James Foster.  Wayne & Beth Reed are the car owners.

Brandon started racing in 1992 in the Go Kart class at Carnesville Kartway because he likes to go fast and win.  His first win was in '93 in the Purple Plate Go Kart class at Carnesville, GA.  Career highlights include '94, '95, '96, '98, '99, 2006 Go Kart Track Championships, first Crate win '07 at Lavonia Speedway, 3 races won, Hartwell Speedway 2 races won in '07 also.

The thrill of racing for Brandon is winning.  His most exciting racing moment was his first Crate Late Model win.  He's most proud of winning 5 races his first year in Crates.

Brandon's racing hero is Bill Elliott.
